摘要
本文通过对国外电子文献传递版权立法保护问题的分析,介绍了现阶段国外电子文献传递版权立法保护的发展,进而提出了改进我国电子文献传递立法保护的建议。
Based on the analysis of the legislation protection for electronic document delivery in foreign countries, this paper introduces the development of the international laws and regulations relating to the protection of the copyright of electronic documents at the present stage, and then brings fo~＇ard some measures for the improvement of the legislation protection for electronic document delivery in China.
