我国政府网站个人信息保护状况分析

政府网站是搜集和披露民众个人信息的重要载体,其中包含大量个人信息。本文分析了政府网站中涉及的个人信息种类以及政府网站收集个人信息的主要途径。进而从法律规范、技术保障和用户观念3个层面对我国政府网站中的用户个人信息保护情况进行调查分析,总结了目前我国政府网站中个人信息保护有待加强的实际情况及存在的缺陷,并针对相关问题提出了具体的应对措施。
