安徽省信息产业发展现状评估及对策分析

随着安徽省自主创新能力的不断增强,安徽省信息产业最近几年也得到快速发展,信息产业对安徽省经济增长的贡献率也在迅速提高。与此同时,安徽省信息产业在发展中还存在着投入不足、产业基础薄弱、高科技人才匮乏以及自主创新能力有待进一步提高等问题。这些问题的存在严重制约了安徽省信息产业的进一步发展。因此,有必要加大对信息产业的投入力度,强化对信息产业人才的激励措施,加大结构调整力度,不断实现产业升级,完善以企业为主体的自主创新体系,建立健全信息化建设的法律法规和标准体系。

Therefore, it＇ s necessary to increase the investment of the information industry, formulate more measures to encourage the talents, strengthen restructuring, promote the industrial upgrading constantly, improve the independent innovation system with the enterprise as the mainstay, and establish and perfect the laws and regulations and the standard system for informatization construction.
