摘要
近年来,脂质体作为一种新型眼用药物载体已经成为药剂学发展的一大研究热点。脂质体可以通过滴眼和眼内注射的方式给药治疗眼内疾病。同时,脂质体也可作为基因的载体对眼部进行基因治疗。与传统的剂型相比,脂质体在治疗眼部疾病方面具有明显的优势。尽管仍有很多问题有待解决,但脂质体在治疗眼部疾病方面的研究和应用必将日益广泛。现综合国内外的有关报道对脂质体作为药物载体在眼科中的应用进行了综述,为研究脂质体在眼科中的应用提供思路。
The research of liposomes as vehicles for ophthalmic disorders has become a hot spot in modern pharmaceutics. In ophthalmology, liposomes have been used to treat disorders of both the anterior and posterior segments by topical eye drops and injection. Liposomes have also shown promise as vectors for genetic transfection. For the treatment of ophthalmic disorders, it has clearly indicated that some liposome-entrapped drugs exhibit supe- rior pharmacological properties to those observed in conventional formulations. Many questions must be resolved before a complete understanding of liposomes as a drug carrier system in ophthalmology can be reached. However, the benefits of liposomes will likely be applied widely in all the treatment, diagnostic, and research aspects of ophthal- mology in the future. This review outlines the applications of liposomal formulations in ophthalmology, which may have significant implications.
