骚扰库蚊与尖音库蚊复合组其它亚种杂交的研究

HYBRIDIZATION BETWEEN CULEX PIPIENS MOLESTUS  AND OTHER THREE MEMBERS OF CX.PIPIENS  COMPLEX IN CHINA

本文报告了在实验室内骚扰库蚊北京株与淡色库蚊北京株、尖音库蚊乌鲁木齐株和致倦库蚊广州株笼内自然杂交的结果。研究发现骚扰库蚊雌蚊与淡色库蚊及尖音库蚊雄蚊杂交可以产生具有能育性的杂种后代；骚扰库蚊雄蚊与淡色库蚊及尖音库蚊雌蚊杂交可以产卵，但是卵的孵化率很低；骚扰库蚊与致倦库蚊杂交可以产卵，但是卵不孵化。

The present paper is the results of hybridization between Cx.pipiens molestus  and three members of Cx.pipiens  complex in China,including Cx.pipiens pipiens ,Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus and Cx.pipiens pallens.It was showed that hybrids F1 and F2 were obtained in hybridization between female Cx.pipiens molestus  and Cx.pipiens pipiens  and male Cx.pipiens pallens.On the other hand,it was very low hatching rate that the hybrid eggs obtained in hybridization between male Cx.pipiens molestus  and female Cx.pipiens pipiens  and female Cx.pipiens pallens.Hybrid eggs obtained in hybridization between Cx.pipiens molestus  and  Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus,but all of them did not hatch.
