摘要
目的:研究蒺藜皂苷对阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠的作用。方法:采用谷氨酸致阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠为实验对象,以其学习记忆能力、脑内单胺类递质含量、背海马和齿状回内β淀粉样蛋白前体(β-APP)阳性神经元的数量为指标,考察蒺藜皂苷抗阿尔茨海默病的作用。结果:蒺藜皂苷(50,100 mg.kg-1,ig)能明显对抗阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠学习记忆能力的下降,增加脑内单胺类递质的含量,抑制背海马和齿状回内β-APP阳性神经元的生成。结论:蒺藜皂苷对谷氨酸所致的阿尔茨海默病有明显的改善作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Caltrop saponin on Alzheimer's disease (AD) model in mice. Methods: AD model was induced by L-glutamic acid(L-Glu) in mice. Caltrop saponin was orally given for one month. Then, the ability of learning and memory were determined by step-through test ; the content of NA, DA and 5-HT in brain tissue were measured ; the number of neurons containing [3-amyloid protein precursor (β-APP) in the hippocampus were counted. Results: Caltrop saponin (50 and 100 mg.kg^-1, ig) markedly attenuated the impairment of learning and memory, increased the content of NA, DA and 5-HT in brain tissue, and decreased the number of neurons containing β-APP in the hippocampus. Conclusion: Caltrop saponin has a remarkable protective effect on AD model induced by L-Glu in mice.
