适时加强期刊的循环流通管理——以辽宁师范大学图书馆为例

基于馆藏期刊管理上较图书保守,甚至没把期刊借阅放开,影响了读者的使用,造成资源浪费。提出从多方面深化期刊循环流通的管理及服务工作,以促进期刊工作的改革。

Due to the conservative management on periodicals and restricted opening,the reader’s access to those resources is limited,and with which arises the problem of resources waste.The paper proposes strengthening the management of periodi-cals circulation and service from certain aspects,thus promoting reform of periodicals.
