在网络环境下,图书馆不再是获取资料信息的主要的和唯一的方式,但图书馆具有网络所不具备的优势,只要我们把握好图书馆的发展方向、认清自身的功能和职责,采取相应对策,抓住机遇、依托网络的优势,更好的发挥图书馆的作用。

Under network environment,the Library is no longer the main access to data and information and the only way,but the library does not have a network advantage,as long as we have a good grasp of the direction of the development of li-braries,recognize their own functions and responsibilities and take corresponding measures,seize the opportunity and rely on the advantages of the network,better play the role of libraries.
