In the rural construction,farmers are the main body.The critical link and key content is to train and bring up new-type farmers.The library should understand the connotation of new-type farmer accurately and focus on the need of farm-ers to carry out jobs.It’ s necessary and feasible for the rural library to make use of its advantage to serve the new-type farmer training.
