影响图书馆馆员公正考评的障碍分析

Analysis of the Obstacles Influencing Fair Evaluation of librarians

考评从技术到操作过程出现了种种难以跨越的障碍。从量化指标设计、考评标准、考评目的、日常管理的缺失、人际对公正考评的影响等方面的矛盾、问题、困难进行了分析。提倡在探究更加科学的考评方法的同时,某种程度上还要淡化考评结果,要注重日常工作、能力、素质和业绩的实际开展和提高。

There are several difficult obstacles in the evaluation from technology to operation.This paper has analyzed the con-traventions,problems,difficulties from many aspects such as the design of the Quantitative indicators,the standard of the e-valuation,the aim of the evaluation,the limitation of routine management,relations between people.While call for exploring more scientific judge method,we also need to neglect the result to some degree.Actually,we need more attention on the daily grind,the ability,the quality,the development and the advance of the achievement.
