摘要
质量成本管理是企业提高产品质量、增强竞争优势从而获得良好经济效益的重要途径。阐述了质量成本的含义及质量成本管理的重要意义,分析了当前我国企业质量成本管理中存在的问题,提出了加强质量成本管理的方法。
The quality cost management is an important path fir enterprise to improve the product quality, strengthen the competitive superiorities and therefore obtain good economic benefit. This paper expounds the connotations of the quality cost and the important significance of the quality cost management, analyzes the problems existing currently in the quality cost management of our country＇ s enterprises, and puts forward some methods for strengthening the quality cost management.
