摘要
对二郎坝水电站发电机推力油槽溢油问题进行了深入的分析研究,通过对上导瓦架增开6个回油孔、加装冷却器上盖、加大呼吸器管径和增加凝油隔板等措施,大大改善了推力油槽内油运行环境,改造之后的机组运行中再未发生溢油问题,运行稳定。
Based on analysis of oil spill from thrust groove in Erlangba hydropower station, some countermeasures were taken, which included drilling 6 holes through the upper guide shoe, adding top cover for condenser, enlarging the pipe diameter for inspirator and superimposing clapboard for coagulator and so on. By these measures, the operational environment in thrust groove was improved, and the oil spill problem has not been appeared during operation after alteration.
