Comparative Study On The Three Personal Therapeutic Accounts

文章对已实行的三种个人医疗帐户的定义和个人帐户不够应急时的处理方法进行比较分析,推荐“个人帐户主要用于门诊”的医疗保险模式,并建议对于没有公费医疗和劳保医疗的社会成员只搞住院或大病保险。

This paper reports a comparative analysis on the definitions of the Three personal therapeutic accounts and the personal accounts that didn' t promptly treated in emergency situation and proposed that 'the personal therapeutic should mainly be used for OPD patients 'as the medical care insurance model and suggested that to those social members who don't have free medical service or labor insurance are only given them insurance for hos-pitalization or for severe diseases.
