颅内复发性脑膜瘤31例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 31 patients with Recurrent Intracranical Meningiomas

目的：探讨颅内脑膜瘤的复发因素以及预防复发的措施。方法：回顾性总结１９８６年７月￣１９９７年６月间手术切除的２４５例脑膜瘤中术后复发的３１例。结果：病例类型以恶性脑膜瘤及纤维型脑膜瘤复发率较高肿瘤部位以蝶骨嵴内１／３及矢状窦旁者复发率较高；行ＳｉｍｐｓｏｎⅢ级手术复发例数较多。结论：脑膜瘤的复发与手术切除彻底性、肿瘤部位、病理类型、硬脑膜浸润等有关，预防措施主要是手术彻底切除肿瘤，并可结合放疗。

Objective:Discuss the recurrent reasone of intracranical meningiona and the methods to prevent recurrence. Method: Analyse 245 meningiomas treated between Jul. 1986 and Jun. 1997. Conclusion: The recurrent of meningioma is correpondent to the grade of operation, tumor position, bilogical type, dural membrane invasion. In order to prevent recurrence, tumorresection must be completely. Rediotherapy and chemotherapy are suggested in some cases.
