摘要
当今,许多医院中典型的门诊流程是长期沿袭下来的一种自然过程,此流程存在的缺陷是以医务人员工作方便为主,患者就诊效率为辅。笔者分析了中国医科大学附属第一医院内科门诊病人在医院内无效滞留的时间的原因,探讨适合"以病人为中心"及自然模式下缩短内科门诊病人非医疗时间的服务理念与技巧。
In current days, outpatient process in many hospitals was a result of historical development. The main shortages of the process was medical staff centered and ignored patient visit efficiency. The causes of medical outpatient non-effective time in hospital in Affiliated No. 1 Hospital of Chinese Medical University were analyzed. The concept and skills of shortening medical outpatient non-medical time concept and skill under natural process and patient centered model were discussed.
