摘要 随着电能质量污染减排理论研究的深入,电能质量监测作为电能质量监控的一个关键环节,在系统运行管理和技术监督中起着重要作用,同时也是保证系统良好供电质量的必要条件。将嵌入式实时操作系统DSP/BIOS运用于电能质量监测系统的软件结构设计与实现方案中,对电力系统的谐波、三相电压不平衡度、电压闪变等各项电能质量指标进行分析,有效地进行电能质量监测,为电能质量污染减排理论在实践中的运用提供可靠的技术支持,加强对电能质量的综合监测,保证电网优质可靠运行。 Along with the development of research on reducing electric power quality, the monitoring of the indexes of power quality is playing an influential role in the system operation and technology supervision, and it's also an essential condition to guarantee the power supply quality. The embedded real-time operating system DSP/BIOS is used into the software design and realization of power quality detecting system. The indexes of power quality like the harmonic wave in power system, unbalance of three-phase vohage and voltage flicker are analyzed. The power quality is detected. A reliable technology support is provided to apply the research on reducing electric power quality practically. The general monitoring of power quality is strengthened to guarantee the power system.
