摘要
本文阐述了DSP在数控加工领域中的应用,介绍了两级插补算法的原理及实现过程,探讨了两级插补算法的误差问题,并在数控实验平台上进行了实验。结果表明,采用两级插补算法能使数控系统缩短响应时间,提高加工精度和工作效率。
The application of CNC system based on DSP and the principle and realization of two tiered interpolation algorithm are introduced in this paper, the issue of the truncation errors is discussed, and the experiments in CNC platform are carried out. The results show that the use of two tiered interpolation algorithm in the CNC system can shorten response time, improve processing accuracy and efficiency to achieve the objective.
