摘要
一种基于FPGA的洗片机控制系统的设计,给出了系统的工作原理与设计方案,重点论述了FPGA在系统中应用与具体实现。该系统实现了在0℃~50℃范围内精度0.1℃的测量与控制。相对于传统的单片机系统,本系统具有结构简单、易于升级、抗干扰能力强等特点,能够在恶劣环境下工作,具有非常广阔的市场前景。
A film machine controller system based on FPGA introduces the working principium and design scheme especially application and implement about the FPGA in this system. This system achieved the precision 0.1% in temperature's measure and control with the range 0℃-50℃. Compared with the traditional single-chip system, this system have the strongpoint that had the compact structure, can be easily upgraded, provided with the speciality of anti-jamming, can applying to be used in hard environment. So the system has a wide market prospect.
