摘要 本文基于IEEE802.15.4无线标准对射频模块的软硬件进行了设计。为了增加发射距离,射频部分采用外加功率放大器(PA)的方法。整个射频模块通过ADS2005A仿真,各项性能均达到技术指标,实际电路的测试发射距离达到300米以上;软件部分则着重介绍了数据发送和接收部分。 The paper describes the designs of software and hardware for RF module based on IEEE 802.15.4. In the hardware part, in order to increase tile communication distance, an external PA is introduced in the RF module. The whole RF module meets all the demands through simulation hy ADS2005A.The actual testing distance for the RF-circuit is beyond 300m. While in the software part, it maiuly talks about how to receive and transmit data.
