摘要
目的探讨建立正畸牙移动动物模型的有效方法.方法选用雄性SD大鼠45只,每只大鼠左侧下颌牙列均安装镍钛拉簧矫治器,以下切牙为支抗拉左侧下颌第一前磨牙向近中移动作为实验组,对侧不安装矫治器作为对照组.肉眼观察正畸牙移动,计算矫治器脱落率.实验侧及对照侧取材进行组织学观察.结果肉眼可见实验侧下颌第一磨牙发生了明显的近中移动,第一、二磨牙之间出现可见间隙.组织学反映下颌第一磨牙张力侧压力侧发生了应有的变化,光镜下未见牙髓和压力侧组织坏死及牵张侧龈下骨质缺损等副作用.结论成功建立大鼠正畸牙移动模型.
Objective To construct a rat model of orthodontic tooth movement. Methods The experiment was carried on 45 male SD rats. The left side of jaws were attached orthodontic appliances and selected as experiment group, the right side attached nothing and selected as control group. The orthodontic procedure included moving the maxillary first molar with the central incisor as anchor. The break rates of the appliances were calculated, the tooth movement and the periodontal histology changes were oberserved. Results The break rate was 2.2%. The maxillary first molar moves closer to the middle, and there was an obvious gaps between the first molar and the second molar. Conclusion The rat model of orthodontic tooth movement was established successfully.
