锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折的临床研究

Locking Plate for the Treatment of Pilon Fractures

目的总结和评价锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折,观察治疗效果.方法采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折20例.结果随访12～24个月,平均16个月.全部创口愈合良好,无骨折延迟愈合和不愈合.按Mazur踝关节症状和功能评分系统进行疗效评定,优16例,良3例,可1例.统计学采用百分率的可信区间,双侧95%可信区间,(75%,100%)有统计学意义.结论锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折效果确实可靠.

Objective To summarize and evaluate locking plate for the treatment of Pilon fractures, and to observe treatment effect. Method 20 patients with Pilon fracture were treated with open reduction and locking fixation plate. Results Patients were followed up for 12 to 24 months with an average of 16 months. All cases＇ wound healed, there was no delay, ed healing and nonunion. By Mazur ankle symptoms and functional system of lassessmenti score, excellent in 16 cases, good in three cases, poor in one. Using statisteal analysis, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistcally significant. Conclusion Locking plate for the treatment of Pilon fractures is reliable.
