皮肤软组织扩张术在小儿外科的应用

Application of Tissue Expander in Pediatric Surgery

目的：为了探讨皮肤软组织扩张术在小儿整形外科的应用效果。方法：应用国产皮肤软组织扩张器共２７只，采用注射壶及连接导管外置的方法，对１４例１．５～１５岁患色素痣、血管瘤及烧伤瘢痕的患儿实行扩张术。结果：效果满意１３例，占病例数的９２．８％；发生囊外露２只，占囊总数的７．４％；无感染、血肿、渗漏及皮肤坏死等并发症发生。结论：只要严格掌握适应证，注意避免并发症，该手术方法对小儿大面积皮肤缺陷有独特的治疗效果，注射壶及连接导管外置的手术方法适于小儿。

Objective: To assess the results of tissue expander in pediatric plastic surgery. Methods: Twenty-seven tissue expanders were inserted in 14 children (age range: 1.5 to 15 years) of pigmented naevi, hemangioma and scar tissue with exteriorization of the injection port. Results: 13 cases( 92.8 %)had satisfactory outcome. Two expanders were exposed through the wounds( 7.4% )。 No infection, hematoma, leakage or skin necrosis was encountered. Conclusions: Tissue expansion using expander with external injection port is feasible in carefully selected pediatric cases.
