摘要 Toll样受体(TLR)是天然免疫受体家族。越来越多的研究证实,其中的Toll样受体4(TLR4)与多种疾病的发生、发展相关,有着重要的临床意义。以下就近年来对TLR4的一些相关研究进展和临床意义作一综述。 Toll-like receptors are regulators of innate immune responses. One of them, the Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) has been proved to be associated with the cause and progress of many diseases by more and more researches. This review describes the relevant research progress and clinical significance of tolllike receptor 4.
