经穹窿间中间帆锁孔入路解剖与临床意义

摘要 目的研究经穹窿间中间帆锁孔入路的手术显露。方法导航辅助下在16具尸头标本上模拟经穹窿间中间帆锁孔入路手术,显微镜下观察分析此入路对第三脑室、松果体区的显露。结果导航辅助下经穹窿间中间帆锁孔入路手术能在尸头上顺利完成,可清晰显露第三脑室后部及松果体区。结论经穹窿间中间帆锁孔入路技术上可行,值得临床应用和完善。 Objectives To study the exposure of the structure by microsurgery through interforniceal interpositum keyhole approach to the pineal region. Method The neuronavigater-assisted microsurgery through interforniceal interpositum keyhole approach to the pineal region was simulated in 16 cadaveric heads. The structures of the third ventricle and pineal region exposed by the microsurgery were observed and measured. Results The microsurgery through interforniceal interpositum keyhole approach to the pineal region, by which the pineal region and the back of the third ventricle were clearly exposed, was accomplished successfully in all the cadaveric heads. Conclusions The microsurgery through the interforniceal interpositum keyhole approach to the pineal region is feasible, and it is worth applying to the clinic after it is further perfected.
