摘要
目的：推荐治疗重度先天性马蹄内翻足的新的手术方法，以提高疗效。方法：距下完全松解术治疗重度先天性马蹄内翻足１４例２４足。１４例均为男性，平均年龄２２个月，最小年龄６个月，最大４岁。１０例为双侧足畸形，４例为单足，其中３例为左侧，１例为右侧。术后平均随访３年９个月，最短为１３个月，最长为５年。结果：畸形完全纠正为１９足占７９．１％，畸形复发４足占１６．６％，１足并发足外翻畸形占４．１％，１足局部皮肤坏死占４．１％。结论：距下完全松解术，跟骨与距骨之间得到充分旋转复位，而使畸形得到较好的纠正。
Objective: To recommend a new procedure for rigid clubfoot. Methods: 14 cases (24 feet) of rigid clubfoot were treated by complete subtalar release. Their age ranged from 6 months to 4 years(22 months on average). All cases were followedup for 3 years and 9 months on average (3 months to 5 years). Results: Complete correction was achieved in 19 of 24 feet (79.1%). Deformity recurred in 4 feet (16.6%). Valgus deformity occurred in one foot (4.1%). Cutaneous necrosis occurred in one (4.1%). Conclusions: By complete subtalar release, rotational reduction of the talocalcaneal joint can be accomplished in total correction of deformity.
