膀胱癌发生中树突细胞与凝集素表达的关系

Dentritic cell and expression of agglutinin in bladder cancer

为探讨凝集素染色与树突细胞（ＤＣ）的关系，在膀胱癌发生、发展过程中的作用，选取二种凝集素和抗Ｓ１００蛋白抗体，对８７例膀胱癌进行免疫组化（ＡＢＣ法）染色。结果显示：肿瘤的病理分级与ＣｏｎＡ和ＷＧＡ的强表达呈正相关，与ＤＣ的数量呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．００５）；膀胱癌复发组ＣｏｎＡ和ＷＧＡ的强阳性率在８０．０％以上，而ＤＣ的强阳性率仅５．４％，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）；术后生存＜５年病例的ＣｏｎＡ和ＷＧＡ强阳性率高于９４．０％，而ＤＣ数量则显著减少（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示ＤＣ的减少或消失，破坏了机体局部免疫监视系统，导致膀胱癌的发生，认为ＤＣ、ＣｏｎＡ、ＷＧＡ是判断膀胱癌分级及预后有价值的标记物。

Dentritic cell (DC) and expression of agglutinin were studied in 87 cases of transitional cell bladder carcinoma by immunohistochemistry using 4 kinds of bioagglutinin and antiS100 protein antibodies. The result showed that tumor pathological grade was positively correlated with the strong expression of ConA and WGA and negatively with the quantity of DC (P<0.005).Strong expression of ConA and WGA was observed in more than 80.0% of recurrent cases with only 5.4% of DC strong staining. In cases whose survival time was less than 5 years after operation, the strong positive rate of ConA and WGA reached more than 94.7% and the quantity of DC decreased markedly (P<0.001). It was suggested that the reduce or disappear of DC would damage human local immunological surveillance system and correlated with the development of bladder carcinoma. DC, ConA and WGA were believed to be useful markers in identifying bladder cancer grade and the prognosis of the patients.
