摘要
为了探讨前列腺的自然增长过程,应用超声定量学研究方法对1306例年龄从新生儿至92岁的前列腺进行了测定。结果表明,前列腺具有随年龄增长而呈阶段性增长的规律,即0~9岁青春期前缓慢增长期,每年增长0.14g;10~30岁的快速增长期,每年增长0.84g;30~50岁的再缓慢增长期,每年增长0.21g;50~90岁的再快速增长期含两种情况,一部分人以每年增长0.50g,而另一部分人则以每年1.20g的速度增长,从而导致了临床上的前列腺增生症(BPH),这个规律符合^Y=19.36+1.36X′-0.58X′2+0.33X′3的方程。本研究建立了不同年龄组的前列腺体积正常参考值,并论证了前列腺随年龄的阶段性增长及其特征。
In order to study the agerelated growth of the human prostate gland, the volume of the prostate in 1 306 male subjects, from newborn to 92 years old adults, was determined by Bultrasound. The results showed the prostate grows with aging in four phases, (1)from 0 to 9 years old, the prostate volume grows at a rate of 0.14g per year, (2) from 10 to 30 years old ,the prostate volume increases at a rate of 0.84g per year, (3) from 30 to 50 years old the prostate growth rate drops to 0.21g per year, (4) from 50 to 90 years old the prostate growth rate increases fast again in two ways: in some of the subjects the prostate increases at the rate of 0.50 gm per year and in others at the rate of 1.20 gm per year leading to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The prostate growth in phases can be expressed by the cubic equation, =19.36+1.36X′-0.58X′2+0.33X′3.It was concluded that the normal prostate volume varied in different age groups, and the prostate volume grows with age in four phases at different rate.
