TSST-1合成肽之超抗原T细胞表位的Vβ特异性鉴定

DETERMINATION ON SPECIFICITY OF SYNTHETIC PEPTIDES OF SUPERANTIGEN TSST1 TO TCRVβ

对两个含有超抗原Ｔ细胞表位的ＴＳＳＴ－１交叠肽之Ｖβ特异性进行了鉴定。结果显示：两合成肽均具备天然ＴＳＳＴ－１分子四种人和小鼠Ｖβ特异性的两种（人Ｖβ２和小鼠Ｖβ１５）。表明：两合成肽所含有的超抗原Ｔ细胞表位是ＴＳＳＴ－１特异性的；同时，两合成肽Ｖβ特异性的一致性。

Specificity of superantigenic T cell epitopes in 2 over lapping peptides of TSST1 to TCRVβ was examined.The results showed that the two peptides had the identical specificity to Vβ with two of four kinds of TSST1 target TCRVβ s, human Vβ 2 and mouse Vβ 15.Therefore,it is suggested that the T cell epitopes of the peptides are peculiar to TSST1 and located within the common sequence of two over lapping peptides.
