胸腺因子D对飞行员IL-6诱生水平的影响

THE EFFECT OF THYMIC FACTOR D ON INTERLEUKIN6 LEVELS IN PILOTS

利用ＭＴＴ比色法和ＥＬＩＳＡ法研究了飞行员白细胞介素６（ＩＬ－６）活性的变化及胸腺因子（ＴＦＤ）对飞行员ＩＬ－６诱生水平的影响。结果表明：飞行员的血清ＩＬ－６活性和ＩＬ－６诱生水平分别为１１．２±４．６Ｕ／ｍｌ和１０．１４±２．４６ｎｇ／ｍｌ，均明显高于地勤人员。

The activity of interleukin 6(IL6)and the effect of thymic factor D(TFD)on secretion of IL6 by peripheral mononuclear cells(PBMCs)of pilots were investigated with MTT method and ELISA.The results showed that the activity and levels of IL6 secreted by PBMCs in pilots were 11.2±4.6U/ml and 10.14±2.46 ng/ml respectively, which were significantly higher than those of ground crew,and TFD could significantly lower the PBMCssecreted IL6 levels of pilots in vitro.
