摘要
在炼油厂和天然气处理厂的单元装置中，加热炉是一关键设备，其工艺设计计算较为复杂、费时，且人为计算偏差较大。本文通过实例，简介由四川石油管理局勘察设计研究院编制的《圆筒型管式加热炉工艺计算程序》及其计算流程图。该程序已成功地多次运用，所得到的计算结果数值较吻合现场实际操作的数据。
The heater is a key equipment in unit plants of refinery and natural gas processing plant.The heater's process design and calculation are of complicated and trouble,with larger man-made calculation deviation. This literature briefly introduces 《Process Calculation Program of Cylindrical Tubu. far Heater》developed by Sichuan Petroleum Ensineering Design and Research institute and calculatingflow chart. Several examples have proved that this program is successful with calculated results coinciding with plant operating data.
