摘要
蓖麻油与马来酸酐酯化,生成蓖麻油马来酸酐单酯,生成产物与已烯基类单体共聚,得到两亲结构的共聚大分子。通过研究反应温度、反应时间、引发剂的浓度、荤体的配比埘产物性能的影响,以及分析产物的应用效果,得到了最佳的合成工艺条件。首先蓖麻油与马来酸酐在11O℃反应3h,得到蓖麻油马来酸酐单酯,其次在蓖麻油马来酸酐单酯与丙烯酸类单体的摩尔比为1:1.5,引发剂的质量分数为20%,反应温度为75℃条件下进行共聚,反应时间为2h。
Castor-maleic acid monoester was produced by esterification with castor and maleic anhydide, then amphiphlic copolymer was obtained by copolymerizing with castor-maleic acid monoester and acrylic acid monomer. The optimum conditions of synthesis was obtaind through studying the effect of temperature time and initiator concentration as well as monomer ratio on properties of product and analyzing the results of application. The ester reaction is carried out in the conditions of 110℃ for 3h, the conditions of copolymerizing are as follows the-mole ratio of castor-maleic acid monoester and acrylic acid is 1:1.5, the dosage of intiatort is 2.0% (based on mass of monomers), temperature of reaction is 75℃ , the time is 2h.
