介绍了两性丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂的性能特点、国内外的研究进展，并探讨了不同类型两性丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂制备方法之间的差别。
Performances and recent advances of amphoteric acrylic resin retanning agent were introduced. The differences in preparing different amphoteric acrylic resin retanning agent were also esplored.
