摘要
加水热压成烃模拟实验是目前研究成烃机理和定量评价的最好手段。选用浙江省长兴县东风界煤矿上二叠统龙潭组煤(俗称乐平煤),用高精度分离得到的树皮体(纯度超过95%)在水介质条件下进行热压模拟实验。实验结果表明:树皮体液态烃产率较高,总产烃率可达322.907kg/t有机质,其中液态烃(热解油)产率高峰达148.671kg/t有机质,液态烃的组成具有低蜡、高芳烃和轻质油为主的特点。乐平煤中树皮体成烃具有多阶段和时间长的特点,在模拟温度达550℃时仍未抵热降解生烃终点,尤其值得注意的是,在瘦焦煤煤阶的高成熟阶段主要生成凝析油和湿气(占该阶段生烃量的54.8%~77.7%),过成熟阶段早期仍可生成中长链烃油(占该期生烃量的20.7%),与干酪根降解成烃模式(气→油→气)有明显差别,也有别于显微组分的差异成烃模式。提供的实验数据可作为煤成烃机理研究和煤成油资源评价的定量依据。图2表7参3(王孝陵摘)
The hydrous pyrolysis simulation is the best method for studying the mechanism of hydrocarbon generation and evaluating the resources quantitatively at the moment. The sample of the hydrous pyrolysis simulation test is the suberinite, its purity being over 95%, which is high precisely separated from the Upper Permian Longtan Formation Leping coal in Dongfengjie coal mine, Changxing county, Zhejiang province. Results demonstrated that the suberinite has a high generation rate of liquid hydrocarbon, 322.907kg of total hydrocarbon may be generated from one ton of its organic matter, among which the liquid hydrocarbon (pyrolytic oil) could reach as high as 148.671kg and is characteristic of low wax, high aromatic hydrocarbon and light oil. The hydrocarbon generation of the suberinite from the Leping coal is characterized by its multistage and long duration of generation. When reached up to 550 degrees centigrade of thepyrolytic simulation, the suberinite has not reached the end top of the hydrocarbon generation. Especially the product is mainly composed of condensate oil and wet gas in the stage of coking lean coal (taking 54.8% to 77.7% of the total hydrocarbon amount in this stage) and heavy oil (middle long chain hydrocarbon) can still be generated (being 20.7% of the total hydrocarbon amount in this stage) in the early overmature stage. This is evidently different from the model of kerogen degraded hydrocarbon generation, gas→oil→gas, and is also different from that of differential hydrocarbon generation of various microscopic components. This test data may be used as a quantitative evidence for studying the mechanism of hydrocarbon generation of the coal and evaluating the resources in the coal formed oil.
