北京交通信号控制系统建设的开放性探索

The Open Research on the Beijing Traffic Signal Control System Construction

为缓解日益严重的市区道路拥堵和迎接2008年北京奥运会,北京城市道路交通信号控制系统建设进入建设高峰期;为满足建设需求,北京市公安局公安交通管理局围绕着新建信号控制系统的建设目标、建设模式、技术路线及相关实施方案进行了长时间的研究和有益的探索实践,逐步明确了基于开放通信协议标准进行北京交通信号控制系统建设的总体建设思路,并以此启动了大规模的新建信号控制系统的建设。

The construction of Beijing urban road Traffic signal Control System has come into a peak period for alleviating increasingly serious traffic congestion and preparing 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. In order to satisfy the need of construction, Beijing Traffic Management Bureau conducted long-term search and effective practice on the construction target, construction mode, technology course and relevant measures of the newly-built Signal Control System, gradual- ly defining an overall construction notion that the construction of Beijing traffic Signal Control System is based on open communication protocol A large-scale construction of Signal Control System has been started under the direction of this notion.
