摘要
论述了四效蒸发器系统的稳定化控制,采用基于相关系数辨识法的PID自动整定软件,优化整定了丙烯腈装置四效蒸发器系统的所有常规PID控制器参数,达到了使系统平稳运行的目的,取得了很好的控制效果。
The stabilization control of fourstages evaporator system is discussed.Adopting PID autotuning software based on correction coefficient identification approach,all PID controller parameters of fourstages evaporator system in an acrylonitrile plant are optimum tuned,resulting in system stable operation and good control effects.
