对兰州炼油化工总厂二套常减压装置常压蒸馏塔采用美国Ｓｅｔｐｏｉｎｔ公司的多变量预估控制器ＩＤＣＯＭ实现产品质量和实时优化控制做了介绍，并根据控制器在现场的实际投用情况。

Multivariable predictive control has been applied in #2 CDU' atmospheric column of LPPCC,and control of products quality and real time optimization control is realized by using multivariable predicted controller IDCOM,products of SETPOINT Inc.USA.Based on the controllers'performance on the site ,comparing analysis to effect of the control is caried out.
