摘要
为解决氧测量的经常性监督问题，提出了一种氧化锆氧传感器检定装置。论述了用比较法检定氧化锆探头时，标准氧化锆探头的选择与实现其高精度测量的方法。这种氧化锆氧传感器检定装置结构简单、使用方便、制备的样气精度高、检定项目全面，有明显地推广应用价值。
A test device of the zirconia oxygen sensor is put forward in order to supervise measuring oxygen content in the Gas.How to select standard zirconia oxygen probes to achieve high precision measurement when testing zirconia probe with comparative method is described .The test device of zirconia probe possesses advantages of constructure simplicity,convenience of operation and good application value.
