摘要
对国内外桃采后保鲜技术研究进展作一综述,保鲜技术主要包括:化学保鲜,物理保鲜和生物保鲜。文中对应用性较强、易于产业化的保鲜方法作了详细阐述,并展望了未来桃保鲜技术的发展方向。
Domestic and foreign preservation technologies for post-harvest peaches was summarized including chemical, physical and biological preservation. Details of the most popular and easy-industrialized methods were introduced. Furthermore, the trend of the development in fresh peach storage technologies was also prospected.
