摘要
银行投入了大量的资金进行IT建设,优化业务流程,提高服务效率,其普遍采用的方法是外包。但是,在开发和外包过程中,由于缺乏对项目的风险管理,问题不断产生,可能直接影响项目的上线。银行IT外包风险管理的一个有效手段就是对该风险的预先防范,对每个风险事件的风险影响程度、风险产生概率进行评估,为IT外包风险管理提供科学的依据,提高风险管理的效率和质量。本文详细地辨识了银行IT外包风险的风险源,并以C银行IT外包为背景,运用Borda方法对各种风险进行了评估。在此基础上,分析了风险的控制和防范策略,为银行业IT外包风险管理提供了一个实用而有效的菅理范式。
Banks prefer to invest a lot of money in IT construction with outsourcing to reengineer business processes and improve service quality. However, in the course of IT development, so many problems came up one by one, due to the lack of project risk management, which might impose negative impact directly on the application of the project. It is an effective method that forecasting the risk in the course of outsourcing, including how to evaluate the degree of risk effects, probability of risk. It will provide some basis to scientific management of risk; meanwhile, it can also develop the quality and efficiency of risk management. Take the IT outsourcing of bank C as a case background, the risks of banks' IT outsoureing is analyzed with Borda method. The detail policies of preventing banks' IT outsourcing risks are described, which can provides a effective management patterns for banks based on these studies.
