3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂防治番茄青枯病的效果初探

Initiate Studies about the Control Effect of 3 % Zhongshengmycin WP on Tomato Bacterial Wilt

通过3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂(WP)防治番茄青枯病的室内抑菌和田间药效试验发现,该药剂对番茄青枯病具有良好效果,EC50为0.22mg·L-1,第3次施药后30d,3%中生菌素WP600倍液的防效为83.27%,与对照药剂72%硫酸链霉素可溶性粉剂(SP)1000倍液、77%可杀得WP600倍液差异达极显著水平。产量调查结果显示,3%中生菌素WP600倍液产量比清水对照增加1505.0kg·(667m2)-1,保产率达89.85%。

The application of 3 % Zhongshengmycin WP to prevent tomato bacterial wilt was per-formed for bacteria-restrained in lab and field test of the control effect. The results indicated, the medicament have obvious effect on tomato bacterial wilt for EC_50 of O. 22 mg·L^-1. 30 days after the third time pesticide application, 3 % Zhongshengmycin WP of 600 times solution had achieved extremely significantly effect compared with the check chemicals with control effect came to 83.27 %. The investigation results for yield showed, the yield of 3 % Zhongshengmycin WP of 600 times solution increased 22. 575 t·hm^-2 compared with the CK, and the rate of yield-guaranteed reached 89.85 %.
