企业对外直接投资对自主创新的反馈机制研究：以万向集团OFDI为例

An Analysis of Feedback Mechanism Between Enterprises'Outward FDI and Their Independent Innovation Capabilities:A Case Study on Wanxiang Group

中国经济的高速发展以及全球经济的一体化,要求中国企业进一步增强国际竞争力,实现由世界产业链低端向高端的转变。在这一战略转型的过程中,"走出去"是中国企业当前及未来发展的必然趋势,而自主创新又是实现这一转变的关键所在。本文在国内外学者大量研究的基础上,深入地研究了企业对外直接投资与其自主创新能力之间的反馈机制,得出了4种主要的反馈途径,并在该分析框架的基础上,分析了企业对外直接投资的典型案例,由此得出了企业对外直接投资的路径选择及相关建议。

With the fast development of China's economy and the globalization of world economy,Chinese enterprises are required to further enhance their international competitiveness,to turn from the bottom of world industry chain to the top.In the process of this strategic transformation,the‘Go out'strategy constitutes the absolute tendency of the current and future development,while independent innovation capability is the key point of complementing this transformation.This paper studies the transmission mechanism of FDI of enterprises in Hangzhou in enhancing their independent innovation capabilities on the basis of previous researches at home and abroad,and the results come out with four major transmission channels.The paper also analyzes a typical case concerning FDI of Wanxiang Group based on the mentioned framework,and proposes the optional channel for enterprises to invest abroad.
