围绕炼油化工装置布置设计的作用、内容、要求、方式方法，就如何贯彻工厂设计模式改革精神，做好装置布置设计做了综合分析。
Around the content, role, demand, mode and method of the layout design of petroleum refining and petrochemical units, comprehensive analysis were given for the implementation of reform in plant design mode so as to improve the layout design.
