液相同时脱硫脱硝实验及反应特性 被引量:15

摘要 以NaClO2溶液为吸收剂,在自行设计小型鼓泡反应器中,进行了烟气同时脱硫脱硝实验研究,确定了最佳条件,获得了理想的同时脱硫脱硝效果.通过产物分析,提出了基于酸性NaClO2溶液的同时脱硫脱硝反应历程.利用热力学原理对NaClO2溶液同时脱硫脱硝的可能性和限度进行了计算.同时脱硫脱硝反应动力学实验研究表明,SO2和NO的氧化吸收过程都分为区间,即快速反应区和慢速反应区.位于慢速反应区时,两者皆为0级反应.而位于快速反应区时,SO2的反应分级数为1.4级,反应速率常数为1.22(mol·L-1)-0.4·s-1,反应活化能为66.25kJ·mol-1;NO的反应分级数为2级,反应速率常数为3.15×103(mol·L-1)-1·s-1,反应活化能为42.50kJ·mol-1.
