结构转换中预应力技术的应用

摘要 介绍预应力技术在楼屋面结构改造工程中的优越性:在不拆除原有屋面板条件下,可实现在层内将原有钢桁架转换为与之垂直的预应力钢梁承重体系。这一转换方法的核心在于利用预应力钢梁的反拱量与屋面结构的变形量基本吻合,从而保证屋面不变形、保温防水装饰面层不损坏,屋面上的已有设施能正常使用,对今后类似的转换工程具有重要的参考价值。 The advantage of prestressed technology is introduced in floor structure reformation without the removal of the original floor, to achieve the design of the original steel trusses that will be converted to the prestressed steel beam with a vertical toad-bearing system. The core of transformation method depends on the reverse arch amounts of prestressed steel beam are nearly match with roof deformation that ensures the roof has no deformation, water proof and insulation decoration surface is not damaged and existing facilities are also used, which can provide important reference value for similar projects.
