摘要
上海一钢公司不锈钢工程150t碳钢转炉炉壳安装焊接施工中,采取CO2气体保护焊焊接炉壳(厚板)的工艺,通过严格控制影响质量的主要因素,开展QC活动,保证了炉壳焊接质量达到规定要求。
The process of welding furnace shell(plate)using CO2 gas shielded is described, when the 150 t bof shell is installated welded in stainless steel project of Shanghai No. 1 Steel. In order to ensure welding quaiity of the furnace shell, the main factors that affect the welding quality are Strictly controlled and QC activities are carried out.
