摘要
随着产品功能和结构的日趋复杂,产品多领域协同设计成为必然。针对产品多领域协同设计过程的多领域性、层次性、协同性等特性,基于活动理论,参考活动网络图建模方法和协同工作建模方法(MCM),提出并建立了基于活动的协同关联图(Cooperating Correlative Map Base on Activity,CCM_A)过程建模方法。借鉴HLA高层结构体系的构建理念,建立了相应的层次仿真体系和仿真机制;结合新型自驱动式电缆牵引机设计实例,进行了基于CCM_A的多领域协同设计过程建模及仿真应用,通过仿真结果分析,对过程模型提出改进措施。
With the increasing complexity of product function and structure, Product Multidisciplinary Cooperative Design becomes fairly necessary. Considering the multidiscipline, hierarchy and collaboration in Multidisciplinary Cooperative Design, based on Activity Theory and the method of diagrammatic representation of activity network and also the Multi-Conext Map (MCM) , CCM_A (Cooperating Correlative Map Base on Activity) process model of multidisciplinary cooperative design was put forward. And the architecture and mechanism of multi-layer simulation was built in comparison with the theory of HLA. By helps of the example of new type self-driven towing machine, process modeling and simulation application were conducted based on CCM_A, and some measures of process improvement were put forward by analysis of the simulation result.
