This paper expounds the connotations, generation conditions, and service features of the individualized information service, analyzes the problems existing in the development of individualized information service in domestic libraries, and starting from the development situation of the individualized information service in Chinese and foreign libraries, and looks forward to the development direction of library＇s individualized information service under the network environment.
