摘要
根据实践经验,对高校图书馆的流通管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决方法,阐明了在流通服务方面的观点,指出图书馆工作人员只有不断提高自身的综合素质,才能适应新形势发展的需要,提高服务质量。
Based on the practical experiences, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the circulation management of university library, and puts forward some corresponding methods, expounds some views on the circulation service, and points out that the librarians should improve their comprehensive quality constantly to meet the needs of new situation and improve service quality.
