摘要
TDS－9S顶部驱动钻井装置是美国Varco公司新近推出的第三代变频式双交流电机驱动的顶部驱动钻井装置，它具有体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑、易于搬迁、性能优良、运行可靠等优点，介绍了该装置的性能参数和主要结构及其功能，最后总结了在西部钻井过程中该装置的工作特点。
TDS - 9S top -driving drilling equipment is the thirdgeneration of the top -driving drilling equipment that usesvariable frequency electric motor which is developedrecently by Varco. It is sall,light and easy - to - move,hascompact structure,excellent performance and its operationis reliab1e. This paper describes its performanceparameters and the main structures and their functions,andsums up its drilling operation characteristics in theWestern part of China.
