图书馆开展阅读疗法与大学生心理健康之探讨

Probe into the Reading Therapy Developed in the Library and Psychological Health of University Students

通过对阅读疗法的介绍及大学生心理健康现状的分析,阐述了图书馆在开展阅读疗法中的优势,并提出了利用阅读疗法调适大学生心理的措施和需要解决的问题,让阅读疗法能更好地为大学生心理健康服务。

Through introducing the reading therapy and analyzing the present situation of university students＇ psychological health, this paper expounds its advantages of the library in developing the reading therapy, and puts forward some measures for and the problems needing to be solved in adjusting the psychology of university students by using the reading therapy for that the reading therapy can be used widely for the psychological health of students.
